are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the
service. We reserve the right without obligation to monitor disputes between
you and other members of the service.

any commercial purpose or for advertisement. We mean no business should use
our services for their business purpose. Any misuse of our service we result
in the cancellation of your membership WITHOUT refund.

You shall NOT spam or perform any
scamming act such as lying about your registration location. We are very
serious about scamming and will REJECT your profile immediately.

You will not post any contact
information directly in your profile essays. Doing so may result in the
cancellation of your membership.

You will not email or post any material that contains software virus or
computer code.

You will not impersonate any body or entity.

You will not use our service to post to other members any defamatory,
inaccurate, obscene, profane, sexually offensive, racially offensive, or illegal
material.

You are not authorized to share your membership or password with any body.
Online Content.
Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or
other information or content made available through the Service, but not
directly by Us, are those of their respective authors, and should not
necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such
content. Meetamour.com DOES NOT guarantee the accuracy, completeness , or
usefulness of any information on the service and we neither adopt nor endorse
nor are we responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or
statement made by parties other than us. Under no circumstances will
Meetamour.com be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's
reliance on information or other content posted on the service or transmitted to
other users of the service.
Fees and Payments.
When you register for our services, you become
a member (Upon free registration). As a member, you have access to some of the
features of our services. To be able to use the full functionality of
meetamour.com you should pay a subscription fee based on the membership
level you want (one week, two weeks, one month or three months). Once you have
become a paying member, we DO NOT refund payment if you cancel your membership.
Cancellations: You
may cancel your membership by logging in and clicking "Delete" in the member
menu.
Subscription cost: One
week: $5.95
Two weeks: $ 8.95
One month: $14.95
Three months: $30
Limitation of Liability
Our Company is not liable to you in any
incidental, consequential, or indirect damages( such as loss of data, loss
of programs, or service interruptions) arising out of the use of or inability to
use our service. However, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever
will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, for the service during
the continuous term of your active membership.
Meetamour.com DOES NOT conduct background
checks or screen the members registering to the service in any way. Therefore,
we will not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, incidental and/or
consequential, that comes out of the use of our service including
damages arising out of communicating and/or meeting with other members or
individuals introduced to you via the service. Those damages include physical
damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort.
Disclamer of warranties.
We DO NOT grant any warranties of any kind,
express implied, statutory, in any communication with our company. We DO NOT
warrant that your use of the service will be secure, uninterrupted, always
available, or error-free, or will meet your requirements, or that any defects in
the service will be corrected.
Complaints.
To resolve any complaints regarding our
service, you should first contact us at

Indemnity by member.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless
the company, its officers, directors, employees affiliates and third parties for
any costs, liabilities and expenses relating to or arising out of your use of
the service, including ,without limitation, any breach by you of the Terms.
Termination
Either you or meetamour.com may terminate your
membership at any time, for any reason after sending written notice to the other
party. In addition we may, but are not obligated to, terminate your membership
or subscription, without notice, if you breach or fail to comply with any of the
Terms. In that case, we DO NOT refund any fees that you previously paid,
and we shall not be entitled to collect any fees not previously paid by you.
General provisions
This agreement is governed by the laws of the
state of New-York without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. You agree
to personal jurisdiction by and venue in, the state and federal courts in the
state of New-York, City of New-York. This agreement shall not be governed by the
United Nations Convention on Contracts for International Sale of Goods. This
agreement, accepted upon registering for Meetamour.com service, contains the
entire agreement between you and the company, regarding the use of the
service.
Meetamour .com reserves the right to
change this agreement at any time and shall not notify you before doing so.
